Meet Heather Lundervold, owner, instructor and creator of Christmas Design Institute (CDI).  Heather has been designing Christmas for over 23 years.  She also owns Elves to the Rescue which is Christmas Design Institute's sister installation and design company.  In 2000 Heather bought a flower shop and operated that shop for over a decade.  She sold her 7-figure flower shop and is now just focused on Christmas Design Institute and designing for her clients.  Heather has learned there are limited resources for others to learn how to become a holiday decorator, start and operate a successful holiday business, or just learn how to make professional designs for your own home.  With Christmas Design Institute, she is teaching her students everything there is to know about holiday design.

Heather has worked alongside of many other professional Christmas decorators through her career to learn the elements and principles of Christmas design. She is a graduate of AIFD flower design school and has a marketing degree from ASU and Phoenix College. She also was a Business Network International Director for 8 years.  She has been featured in the Phoenix Homes Gardens Magazine, FrontDoors publication, ELLE DECOR, Arizona Foothills Magazine, Success Profiles Radio, Images Arizona Podcast, The Prescott Times, Smartfem Media Group, Images Arizona, American Dream, KTVK 3TV, CBS 5, and 12News.  Her client list includes celebrities, high profile entertainers, FOX Broadcasting, PAYPAL, WIGWAM Resort, PHOENIX SUNS, business owners, professional athletes, coaches, resorts, restaurants, residential and commercial properties just to name a few.

In addition to her Christmas businesses and flower shop, Heather has started, sold, owned and operated several other successful businesses.  Heather is passionate about helping others and sharing her knowledge.  When it comes to running a business and Christmas design Heather has done it all!  Learn how to decorate like the professionals.
